At a recent ceremony held at the KVM factory the Hon George Thuo Member of Parliament for Juja and the Government’s chief whip presented the ISO 9000: 2008 quality certification to our Chairman Mr. Kenneth Kebaara.

KVM are one of the very first companies in Kenya to attain this award and so we were most honoured to see Mr. Martin Forster the CEO of the CMC group of companies in attendance along with Mr. Zarak Khan the CEO of DT Dobie who are the Mercedes Benz distributor in Kenya.

The Nation news paper ran a special feature regarding the award and many of our valued suppliers contributed to the two page spread which attracted some good comment from the motor industry.

‘”Achieving this award was not easy as we had to comply to a total regime of accountability and balanced score card rating which we now treat as part of our every day routines”” said David Percival who has been the Managing director of KVM for the last 16 years. “Every one at KVM took part in the change which has had massive benefits for both KVM and our supplier / customer base. Quality is the essence of KVM’s strategy going forward and we will never compromise this aim. The fact that KVM are one of the first shows that we are leading the way within the motor industry and recommend that others follow and realise the benefits in both efficiency plus customer satisfaction.”
